On orders over $1000, we will add insurance at a rate of .6% of the total purchase amount to the shipping amount. This will help guard against damage to merchandise while in transit with courier UPS. An example, $3000 camcorder purchase will have $18 ($3000 x .006 = $18) added for UPS insurance.

Return & Exchange:

If for whatever reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you can return it to Visual Interactive Dynamics (VID Inc) within 10 days of receiving the item(s). We will exchange it for another item or give you a refund for the full amount of the original purchase price excluding shipping charges and restocking fees (to be determined by VID upon inspection of returned goods but no less than 15%). All returned or exchanged items must be in new condition, unregistered, in their original box, and must include all packing material, blank warranty cards, manuals, and all accessories. Claims for damaged/missing items must be received within two business days of receipt of merchandise.

No returns on:
Printers once ink cartridges are installed, TVs, TV combination units, monitors 37" and larger, Special Order merchandise, Clearance Items, and all consumables (including but not limited to: recordable media, film, digital memory, tapes, batteries, bulbs, CD/DVDs, etc.)

Rules & Policies:
No returns will be accepted without an RMA # Call 800-296-2013 or 713-339-4600. Items with timers must show <120 min use. Defective items may be repaired or exchanged at our discretion for the same or manufacturer's equivalent model only. Not responsible for personal data or items left in returned merchandise. If any of the above conditions are not met, VID reserves the right to refuse the return at our sole discretion. Please inspect your purchase carefully. Claims for damaged / missing items must be received within two (2) business days of receipt of merchandise. Refunds on returned items which were paid for by credit card will only be made by crediting the account charged for the purchase. Refunds on returned items which were paid for by check will only be made by check after a 10-day waiting period.
