Panasonic has officially introduced the new AJP2C064AG
64GB P2 solid-state memory card. In addition to increased
capacity, this new 64GB P2 card AJ-P2C064AG has an 800 Mb/s transfer speed, allowing for faster transfer / offload capability of P2 content. This increased capacity and
transfer speed is another example of Panasonics continued P2 card and P2 platform development. Unlike some other disc-based or solid-state recording systems, P2 cards are a high-speed bit bucket, offering high-quality video and

In the last 18 months, Panasonic has quadrupled the storage capacity of its P2 cards. The new 64GB P2 card
provides twice the storage capacity of the 32GB card released in November 2007, and quadruples the capacity of
the 16GB P2 card which was released in May 2007.
